and to think i only got 37mpg (based of fueling and odo mileage). and was not even trying.
and yes distance traveled said about right.
just a stock 08 four door, and no cruse control.

and i was not trying for mpg. just getting there.

if i had tried i could have done a good 40..and this is what this tiny four banger should get with out trying..

even my carbed FZ1 gets over 40mpg...and that is better the newer fi FZ1's.

1 Liter ecoboost MPG?

Hey guys,

People in Europe, how much MPG or Liters/100KM have you guys gotten in the new 1 Liter 125HP turbo Ford Focus?
Please state your type of driving, % of city to highway and your mileage units (whether imperial or US gallons or other).

The US will be getting it for the 2014 year, in the Fiesta model. I'm making the guess that EPA tests will be at about 34 city / 44 hwy, US MPG but that is purely a guess, I am in the US and have only read some reviews. It may get close to the Prius and Prius C as far as highway is concerned, but the Prius will still be superior in the city and at least slightly on the highway.

I'm averaging 34.6mpgs with my 2012. FSWerks intake, exhaust. Heavy footed occasionally but only a quick run up or two when messing around, otherwise allways following speed limits and average acceleration.

Just averaged 28.9/mpg on my first tank after recently aquiring my '06 ZXW and putting new Goodyear Eagle GTs on all four corners. I'd say that's pretty desecent for an auto and running the a/c constantly in this Texas heat.

My driving is mostly highway commute and try to put her on cruise at 65mph as often as I can.

Average about 30mpg. Drive about 60% highway usually cruising between 70-80mph. Do lead foot it abit off the line alot when in town and powering through sweeping turns. Did get up to about 36mpg on a long cruise at about 70mph.
