I'm currently getting 22-23 mpg combined on my '05 auto. Pretty good considering at least 5 days a week I warm it up for 10-15 minutes before I leave work.

im usually gettign about 32 mpg i have cold air intake, borla catback exhuast, screamin demon coil pack, ngk iridium plugs gapped .060, i live in delaware which is flat as hell and at or below sealevel in most points, i aslo use the cheap gas with a bottle of lucas every 5 tanks.

i run almost a constant 28.5, that with 200 highway and the rest city always with a heavy foot. high was a 34 and low was a 24.

i usually get 20-23 with a light foot, when i drive heavy i get 18 and at the track i get like 10, I kinda feel a bit low after i put in an SRI and cat-back. How would i get it back up to the first year i had it? I was getting near 30 every tank regardless of driving style.

I'm getting about 33.5 mpg during my commute to work, which consists of no highway driving, 75% backroads, and 25% city. My ZX3 is a manual with 68k on the clock, and is bone stock except for a drop-in air filter (K&N). I check my tire inflation weekly, use 5w30 synthetic oil, and drive with an extremely light foot ( shift out at 2200rpm, in at 1700rpm ) and only drive harder when necessary, like highway on-ramps (and to lay the smack down VERY occasionally) I make a point to accelerate downhill if I can, and coast as long as possible before stopping.

General MPG tips: keep your air filter clean, tune-up your car often, make sure MAF and O2 sensors work properly, make sure the catalytic converter is not clogging, shop around for gasoline (for some reason, gas from one station in town gives me better mpg than the rest by 5%), check tire inflation often, get regular wheel alignments, and if all else leaves you feeling unsatisfied, get a reflash!
