What would you need in order to get an SVTF w/JRSC to run low 14's high 13's?

The person I know who ran 14.5 didn't even have a tune just the black box. Should be easily mid or low 14's with a good tune on the stock pully. Smaller pully, larger injectors and tune may possibly get you high 13's with a good driver I would think.

If you increase the boost with a smaller pully the answer is yes. Again you'll have to get it tuned for the increased boost and fuel flow.
