audiophile 9006 isnt showin or playing cds!

can someone please help ASAP, cause of course this happens as I am about to go on a road trip tomorrow. anyway, my AUDIOPHILE 9006 6-CD stopped readin cds today. I kept messing with it and now I got it to read just the first CD. Is there anything I can do. Any way of resetting it. I am about to disconnect everything from the battery to see if it kinda resets it. but i need help please, thanks.

I think if you press load and eject at the same time it will eject all the CD's, its sort of a manual reset.

Moving to “Car Audio & Electronics”...
I also added Urgent-Help! and the exclamation note to the title.

The above two suggestions should do it.
If not, at least you've got one good slot for the road trip.

Did you play any burnt cd's? That is the most likely the problem. The copies are thicker and jam our AudioPhile HU...the best course of action is to remove the HU, take off the top cover, remove the cd's, and hope that the jam didn't mess up the cd changer gearing.

Hope this helps, Rock on.

it may help to undo the negative battery terminal fo about twenty minutes so it can reset. this is, of course, if it isn't a problem of using burned (thicker) cds.

I have the same problem but tried using the solutions.

Nothing worked.

Looks like I'll have to take the CDs out manually.

Any other suggestions?
