Why don't you ask in the Forced Induction chat? But I hear Tom's kit is a very good kit, and even the new Roush Turbo kit looks to be good as well.

Is it legal to put a turbo on any car or does the turbo need to be carb exempt or something? I've always wondered about this.

I was thinking about the Roush turbo because you can use a highflow cat so I wounder if this kit would pass the sniffer

turbo's=deh ownt on the emissions test. deal with it!

lol

if your affraid of the emissions get a supercharger like a jrsc that is carb approved im sure some other companies are too.

jrsc btw is going to give you a mild gain but not like a turbo unless you really modify it then i can go pretty fast.

they got this new crap here in NY where if the computer picks up any modifications then FAIL which is bad

but i think there is always a way to make the car pass...i think its cheaper to just revert back to stock then pay fines just for one day
