Did you disconnect the power to reset the ECU after installing the intake? If not, disconnect your battery and leave it disconnected for 10-15 minutes or so, and then connect it back up and see what happens. Do you have a code reader? If so what codes are you getting? Disconnecting the battery should clear your CEL and also will get rid of your old fuel trims which might have caused some of the issues your talking about.

Make sure your MAF is clean and put on right too, as that can cause stalling.

i had that problem with like you too, but don't worry, just reset by unplugging the neg battery terminal and make 100% sure ALL and i mean ALL connections are more than tight, a little air leak from the hose clamps will cause this to happen. so just TIGHTEN everything up again

Actually, Hypnotic gets the credit for that one...

Clean it with Isopropyl Alcohol.
Use some saran wrap, and 2 big rubber bands, seal off one end of the maf,
pour in about 3-4 ounces of alcohol, then seal the other end with more saran and the other rubber band.
Shake vigorously for 3-5 minutes.
Dump out alcohol, remove saran, let air dry for approx 10-15 mins and re install.
Tried and true method.
