Stephen's Turbo Build Finally!

Hello all, after many years of making power N/A I've ran into too much power lost down low. Unless I treat every stop light as the 1/4 mile. So I am new to this I am going to list the basics I have and would love idles or tips!

Wastegate - Tial 38mm has v bands and all spring set
BoV - Legit HKS SSQV IV bought from HKS
Turbocharger - BorgWarner S200 - 56
Custom 3" Exhaust downpipe back with duals. No Cat only Resonator, installing V band for ran use to drop in and out a muffler.
Injectors - Standard SD 60s
Clutch/Flywheel - CMx300
Intercooler - eBay 30"12"4 custom crash guard is being made.

Undecided on how to do piping fabricater says 2.5" all the way around not sure

My goals are based on my power already N/A of about 280 Tq on low boost, will have fun till clutch is dead then forged piston and new eagle rods, along with a beefier clutch!

185WHP/153TQ N/A
Turbo Build coming!

I'm interested in seeing how you manage a 3" exhaust on the passenger side.
Good luck with the build!

You know you dont have to remove the crash guard to use a 600hp intercooler dont you ?

Use a 28x8x3 and it all fits under and will hold as much as you want up to 600HP to the wheels , why spend the extra money , time and trouble , keep it simple
