Nice low mileage focus you have there. First I would do (for daily driving) the svt suspension including rear sway bar (best bang for the money). Engine performance wise, do the svt snorkel and air box, svt header, 2.5 inch (fswerks stealth) exhaust and tune, do it all or don't do it at all. This is my opinion after modding quite a few focus's (including turbo and supercharging them)

Yea when it comes to the engine you won't notice a big difference 1 part at a time.

If you have the cash do it all at once, or if you don't; do like I did. 1 piece at a time.

My muffler is going to give up the ghost here shortly, so it'll give me an excuse to do the exhaust. As far as intake, that'll probably be the first thing I tackle. Easy and cheap. Is there any modifications that need to be done to add a larger throttle body? Any sensors or stuff?

Tint the windows! Always improves the fish bowl appearance.

Auto. I think there is one sensor but I forget the name of it. I've been itching for tint, it'll look good on a silver car.

Yeah, I thought there was a tad bit of modification needed. First, I need to pick up some tools and stuff like a torque wrench and a good jack with jack stands, I have a crap ton of sockets and stuff.

Thanks, I'd appreciate that. I've been eyeballing the Stealth system, but it costs a crap ton for me.
