Yeah you can carry so much more stuff in a hatchback with the seats down. I dont know why they are not popular. The shape of the car looks better too.

I drive a 2003 ZX5. I got the four door hatch because I didn't want to have to squeeze in the back to put my child in the car seat.

2004 SVT 5 door... love the back doors
my buddy who has a 3 door SVT says the back seat isnt that great cuz there isnt ventilation like there is with your own door lol

04 svt hatch... i used to hate hatchbacks, but after owning one, i think they're fantastic. it's amazing what fits into the back of these little cars.

I second that, I always drove a full size truck and I got my ZX5 through a trade and now I love driving it and my truck is for sale I keep thinking how much money I could of saved in gas over the years . . .
