It is a nice car, I think at least a couple people on this board have had one. I could be wrong but I believe they made them for 98, 99, and 00. I was originally looking to buy one when I came across my Focus instead.

yup, 98 to 00. halfway through the 98 model year they revised some things (5 more hp, 5 star wheels). had a 00 in tropic green (rare color on a rare car). still miss that car...

I love Contours, damn good cars, and fun. Stupid Ford killed them off in the US. Oh well.
