Painting plastic interior panels?

Hey Guys, just looking for some tips on painting interior panels. preferably something that won't rub off quick but also paints on smooth. Thanks!

It's all about the prep work, also using a adhesion promoter can help a lot for paint to stick to plastic and such.

I will copy and paste my post from the thread directly below yours as it is applicable to painting panels as well:

Painting it is easy; clean it with soap and water, wet sand with 600 grit, wash it again, let dry, spray with adhesion promoter, after 10 minutes spray on your color coat. Consider using vht vinyl paint or duplicolor vinyl paint. Apply as many color coats as desired. Spray it with a flat uv clear for added protection.
