Don't get hung up on CAN and SCP. That's more a name change than anything. Pin locations are the same on both the cluster end and the ECU end.

They are a different connector, similar but more pins for the duratec cars.
It's not difficult to move pins around so long as you have a diagram to follow.
Basically, any duratec car should work just fine, plug and play.
