Ok,
Rule 1 when planing any lighting; make sure whom every you buy a product from and the product itself comes with a "Life Time Warranty" Simple as that. My view is if the manufacture is not willing to back up their product then why buy it.

Rule 2: When looking for under car kits, consider what you want to do with it. If simple on/off is good and budget is a little tight go with a neon kit. If you have some extra $$ then I suggest LED. LED can do alot more and is less prone to breakage since it is solid state this as compared to glass (Neon)

Rule 3: Determine what type of budget you set. Price is very relative to quality in under car kits. Sometimes sellers like ourself gets an opportunity to support venues such as the focus community which we try our best to add some savings. An example for this would be Plasma Glow kits are top line what we sell. Best Electronics brand is a new entry but many customers like the price and I have never heard of a problem with any kits for not doing what they are intended to do.

Rule 4: Make sure the kit you buy is "wide angle" LEDs. This was a lesson learned from the consumer when it came to product feedback. People didn't want to see dots. They wanted glow and "wide angle led" does that.

The best electronics remote is just for that brand. We sell a universal remote which just does on/off. The remote with say the 7 color kit does all the functions the controller would do without touching the controller. All in the palm of you hand.

So, my recommendation; Lite Glow produces a fine product, middle of the road value and comes with all the listed above. Really it comes down to budget. Hope this helps out. If not please PM me.

Take care and have a great weekend if I don't hear from you.

James

The universal wireless remote is on/off. no timer on it. The universal remote simply goes in line of the power wire.

Trey,
Simply, just don't smash a tube and all will be good. But to be more specific, burnt out tubes or any other manufacture defects that might occur throughout the time you own the under car kit.
Regards,
James

Thanks for all the questions and interest in this thread. I started a new thread titled "Lite Glow Under Car Kit $100 Shipped Extended", please use the new thread since this one is getting too long. Thanks!
