There is NO way around the PATS at this time that i know about , I contacted SCT last week about this and they said they had stopped working on it and didnt have an answer

The Key holds a chip this chip sends a signal to the PATS box/unit (not in the ECU ) telling it you have the correct key and it will let the engine start. If you have - - - - - - on the Odo. you will have to take 2 keys and the car to Ford to get the PATS/Keys reset then it will start again

Hello Tom,

I am new to the PRP and would like some info. I installed a JRSC+BBK recently and datalogged the car. the one thing that I found worrysome is that my STFT is between 0.73 and 0.78 most of the time. Is it running to lean?

What I'm talking about is
Is there a dual stage start that I can use.
I was told there was one.I set my netral rev limit to 3000rpm
Hold the clutch in and it does rev over that lauch the car and it works great until I shift gears and the limit comes on when shifting

Have any idea what would cause the fuel pump voltage to be between 13-14 volts at idle???

Even with the boost a pump pressure switch unplugged?

I think I'm getting closer

PRP for 299??

That must be a misprint.

Maybe an Xcal2 for 299 but there is not a PRP package for that kind of price.

Thought something was'nt right, but had to ask. I should know better when something is too good to be true is not. Unlike that guy who asked if he should buy the TUBONATOR, & then got his panties in a bunch when he got his answer. I'm still laughing. I'v been the buttend of a joke before (29 years ago) & survived. It's the nature of the business. Its good to separate the men from the [:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)]. Anyway under toms advice I'm going from DS pred. to PRP to tune this set up of mine in this high altitude areas of Denver & Albuquerque. Tom could have easily just sold me a tune via DS Pred. but was man enough to tell me a better option. I'm not sure if I need the kene bell BAP, but will hook it up anyway & monitor your progress on it in case I need to dial in any voltage when tunning in the procharger on my stroker set up. I'll try to review your issues with the BAP since I may run into them myself.

My issue ended up being with the base tune from SCT... in other words THEY had something wrong in THEIR part of the file. once the file was changed everything worked perfectly.

I think the 299 is if you already have a XCAL2. If you don't the price is north of 650.
