I would first get you tune up and running then work on these slowly, then change them 10 to 15% at a time till it smooths out for your car, I have found no 2 cars are the same with how the air idle controle valve acts

I have had to raise as well as lower them

tom i have 42lb inj now and i want to go to 50 or 60 after i have the tune running well on the 42's

i know i have to change a few things

fuel inj breakpoint for the 42's is 0.0000166
so this would need to be changed to 0.0000198 for the 50's

do i have to change the low and high slope
aswell as inj comp batt volt

so i would take the current maf cailb of 42lb inj and diviide it by the inj size that came in the car (19) so........42/19=2.21 and this should be my ratio and multiply that in the right hand column of the maf tranfer function for the entire column this should get the maf counts close

thanks for your help tom

(grasshopper) needs much learning

Yes you can do it that way as well , doing it that way you may also have to change your engine size slightly

I would set the dashpot back to stock and raise the idle to 1050 then slowly raise the idle on the TB , most of the time this is where the problem is

You are blowthrough correct
