Dealer Installed Sunroof Problems!

Dealer took me for a test drive. Chirped 1st-3rd. Im sold. He said he would have a sunroof installed for me "just like the svtf" at a professional shop in Atltanta. So they did, two days later. I noticed problems first off, but didnt say much...i wanted to drive. One year later, now I have an appointment for the problems with my sunroof. Here is the list:

1. Not a straight cut (its pathetic how crooked one side is)
2. The switch is not installed right (it falls out all the time, i fixed that w/ electric tape!)
3. The front flap does not catch (my friend extended the legs w/ paperclips and tape!)
4. Does not close properly (Sometimes does, sometimes tries to close and stays open)
5. WORST problem is with the drivers window down and sunroof wide open, the air hits
ceiling and slams the sunroof up making a loud, extremely annoying sound.
6. My back seats are not installed properly and the middle seatbelt doesnt work!
7. One back seat has a mark (dent) in it about one inch long (hate looking at it)

What would you do??? I swear, I dont know how it could all be fixed. I have 13k and have had no mechanical problems, but this to me is much worse. I dread dealing with the dealer, they are not SVT certified, but I have to go through them b/c they installed the sunroof. They will put me in some cheap focus for weeks im sure. If they cant get it right...I feel I deserve a new car! What do you guys think?

I dont know about a new car but those problems most def need to be fixed...im sure they will put you in a shitty car but it should all be worth it when its done...and dont drive your car away without checking EVERYTHING out first unlike what you did the first time

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention , they put a sunshield/bug-guard on my roof without asking. It was to hide problem #5. I took it off now that the paperclips are in place. Ha ha LOL, so pathetic it makes me laugh. I just found out today problem #5 is worse with both windows up and sunroof open. At least I can duplicate that problem when I take it in. My question to them will be: How in the hell are you going to fix a cut that is not straight?? You cant undo that.

damn...I can't believe you waited A YEAR to say anything....that might come back to bite you in the ass.

for future reference, I have never, never heard a good story about an aftermarket sunroof. Not Ever.

Just say NO to aftermarket Sunroofs!

the only way to fix the sunroof being crooked, is to recut it to make it bigger and install a larger sunroof if possible. My man you should not have waited that long.
