I believe off the top of my head thier numbers are pretty identical to a svtf, but a little faster i think.

Yep, the numbers are almost the same when compared to the SVTF. I think that would come down to driver skill. Oh and also there are alot of auto GT's out there in that case you wouldn't have a problem.

eclipses are not riceburners... they are DSM manufactured cars. Sure they have a Mitsu logo and a Mitsu motor... but they were never even made in Japan.

Diamond Star Motors

It was a division owned by both Mitsu and Chrysler. The name had to do with the diamonds that appear in both company logos. I know the Eagle Talon is also referred to as DSM.

I didn't think they were. When i was looking for parts for my 00 Eclipse GT my friend had a 95 Eclipse RS and i thought then that his was DSM and mine wasn't.
