drove 3 used cars and even liked my foci better

well yesterday when i was out i was bored and when im bored and bymyself i go to car dealers and test drive cars, then come up with some excuse because i cant afford it. well anyways i drove 2 cars and a truck 1 st was a subaru impreza wrx, 2nd a dodge neon srt-4 and then a ford lighting. subaru was a 02 with 44 k on it, impression was i liked it when the boost kicked in but it was alright nothing impresive, i realy wanted to take it off road, thats how i felt about that. second the neon was fast but it handled like a pig and ran rough, when i got in my zx3 i could tell the major diff in the handling. the lightning was bad ass fast and handled pretty good for a truck. but they wanted around 25 g's for it. on a scale compared to my foci 10 being the best, my foci gets a 7 (at this time till i get my power works SC) subaru 7 neon 5 (only cause it was fast) and lightning a 8 1/2. Again I was bored so i just decided to post this.

The srt-4 I drove didn't handle like a pig and was smooth. I know the '04+ have the LSD now, so maybe you drove an '03...anywho, on their forums they bitch about bad mechanics and dodge dealerships, and how they never fix their cars right. that turned me off from buying one.

I have drove a WRX and wasn't really all that impressed with it. Now the STi on the other hand...........

My husband and I sometimes do this. We get bored and go to dealerships out of town and test drive cars. I still like my Focus better (well, cept when I got a ride in the STi.....................)

on the srt-4 i tested the side bolsters on the seats were so big that i hit my elbow on it everytime i shifted. the car had a crappy gearbox anyway though.

if i didn't have to drive almost 55 mile round trip to work everyday i would have bought my moms SVTL a long time ago.

I wonder if they let 18 year olds test drive Ferraris, what do you think?

yea, its the life of the party in po-dunk illinois. i went to mitsu and drove the eclipse, a real chick car, and i just felt dumbfounded. i didnt see how people thought they were fast at all. it was a FWD V6. handling was... ok... but not as smooth as my focus. it also lacked in the low end a lot compared to the feel of my focus. but that heavy front throws you around, same with the mercery couger and the celica is a joke until you get GT-S, then its compareable. handling feels like your driving a boat. but the eclipse was an 03, the couger was a 00 and the celica was a 02. anyways, way to expensive for what your getting. the dealer even commented the celica felt like your on rails... well... how the hell do you get off them, cause the steering is stiff as [:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)].
