I took one at the late night drags in Portland but thats because my wheel and tire packages only weigh 30 pounds each. my other mods were short ram intake and a fc udp kit.

the type s will kill u, bus lengths

the k20a motor responds extremely well to bolt ons. Intake, header, exhaust, and tune will put the rsx in mid 13s, 12s on the bottle

LOL

Some of you speak quite highly of these cars. I held a fender in front of a RSX type-S well through 4th gear and he gave me props as he could not pull on me and I had ORP and drop in K&N. I am not sure of his mods if any but it wasnt quiet and it had quite a sucking sound under the hood of the CAI kind. CLICK HERE TO SEE WHAT THE RSX type-S GUYS SAY

The type-s is faster than the SVTF. With intake/exhaust/ and that hondata #4 tune they are running low 14's. If you think they are beating srt-4's though, you're crazy. Not without force induction.

if youve got good drivers stock vs stock the type s should have the go but with variable drivers this becomes very close just like supposedly gt-s celicas respond so well to mods etc etc. but ive run a few with i/e without a loss, best drivers? definitely not

depends on the SVTF mods, Ive got Tom tune, Crank UDP, Custom RAM AEM CAI, Borla Exhaust, STS, Engine Mount and new Gforce tiers. Based on all my mods once I get up to the track this year my time should be about 15.0 or 14.9 or so. Last year stock I ran a 15.6. And my buddie with an 2003 RSX Type S with CAI it only ran a 15.2. I would put money on any moded SVT with a good driver that it would take an RSX type S
