haha yeah i got some mean wood in the trunk!

The car actually drove pretty good even with that much wood. Speed bumps were easy even in the home depot parking lot.

Here is the total count for wood...

65 6' cedar fence boards
15 8' redwood 2x4s
10 8' compressed wood 4x4s

All that stuff built a 45 foot fence without having me to go back to the depot...yes our cars are good for more than just looking good :)

I've always been amazed at how much the Focus can hold. When the seats are down, it's like a little van, and it's tall enough (for a compact) to fit some stuff in.

I was at Best Buy once. I picked up two office chairs, a big 32" full sized (not flat screen) TV, and a desk (disassembled in box).

The employee asked if I had a truck, I said no, but it'll fit. Pulled the Focus around, and he laughed.

Long story short, with quite a bit of arranging and playing with it, it all fit in the Focus, with the hatch closed too.

I kind of smirked at the employee for doubting my car.

haha that has happened to me many times. people under estimate the capacity of the foci. i decided one day to take my old zx3 on a road trip for my hockey team. i fit 6 hockey bags and sticks in there with the seats folded down. everyone was like how is that possible. lol
