It's fine for DD. Get a clutch stop pedal too. It's difficult finding the proper grab point so your not feathering like mike said earlier

so we dont have any options for clutches that can handle that kind of power with almost like stock like engagement.

my guess is making an adapter plate for a diff trans to fit the block. then youd hsve to replace axles too

Thought I would update.

Its kinda early for a true update but none the less thought I would let people know what im doing..

Ok so I called Lonnie at CM and talked to him about this recurring problem he stated that he had a guy with an srt4 that was putting down similar power and was having similar problems and what he did for him was make a custom rigid full face disk stage 4 for him and it seemed to work with no increase in clutch engagement harshness from the original sprung stage 4 clutch. He stated that there rigid disk due to the material it is made out of has a small amount of give so its not super harsh on engagement.

I figured what the hell couldnt be much worse than what I was dealing with before which was a very harsh shudder upon starting in first gear. No smooth engagement no matter what couldnt heal toe or down shift with out a pretty harsh buck, and since my problem was messing up the center hubs and popping the springs out of the center hubs this one not having any springs might be better.

I was a bit scared that this clutch was going to be horrible seeing as i have seen other rigid disk clutches in other cars and people hate driving them. but i figured i need something to last.

Well im on first assessment when I first pulled it out I was AMAZED!!!! the clutch felt like stock clutch super easy to push and very smooth engagement, no harshness at all. If I ease out of the clutch it starts as smooth as it did before I ever put an aftermarket clutch in it. Now dont get me wrong if you come out just a bit too fast its very very responsive and will pop you back pretty hard.

I have not gotten to test the power holding capabilities yet (due to breaking in the clutch now) I have given it a bit of boost but nothing near my max not even the full low setting. Im pretty confident that this clutch will handle my power level due to its the same full face disk material as I used before without any slippage problems just doesnt have the springs in the hub.

Well 200 miles in and it just seems to get better and better. Clutch is pretty grabby but easy to engage smoothly. I have heal toe'd and downshifted with rev matched and it just did it. Smooth as butter shifting is easy and quick. Im waiting to see if it will change as time goes on. but this is deff way better than the sprung stg 4 I had previously.

So far I would recommend anyone that is boosted and driving there focus daily to get this clutch, but we shall see as time goes on how it wears and holds the power.

Stay tuned I will try to keep this forum updated as time goes on.

Ok so break in is done and i have done a few low setting pulls. (378whp/ 382 wtq) and so far it seems to hold.. well at least better than my tires... lol.. So far it just seems to break the tires loose. Doesnt seem to slip at all. Engagement is till very easy and smooth with no shudder or chunkiness that I had with the stage 4 sprung. So far this clutch is AWESOME!!!! I am going to make a recommendation for clutch master to sell this as a better alternative to the sprung stage 4 for higher hp street cars.

it was pretty cheap. I only paid like $350 for it. Way better than any twin disk setup. I havent had a chance to call Lonnie about it yet. But its basically the same cost and material as the unsprung 6 puck but actually just a bit cheaper.

As for the fender flares they are actually 240sx flares. I bought them on ebay. The set that is in the pics I have I do not recommend they are that frp plastic and crack super easy. THEY SUCK!!!! Here is the new set that i bough and am planning on putting on they are the abs plastic like what the mirrors and side skirts are made of.. MUCH BETTER.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/190976601875...84.m1423.l2648

They will just need a bit more fitment. But TRUST ME they will be the better option.
