The right foot controls that.

To be serious,

Always use the water-box and do your burn out(because I know you are racing at the track)

Plus to be even more serious, you are launching at too high of RPM. Stickier tires would help. Like drag radials at slightly lower air pressure.

That will help.

wider stickier tires, limited slip diff (torsen or quaife), poly motor mounts, good bushings and suspension, and technique on launch will help.

process for a good launch

heat up the tires first
prep for launch by running rpms to around 3000-3500 and hold there (2step helps)
pull e brake to hold the car still, put in 1st gear
1-2 seconds before launch begin slipping the clutch just enough for it to grab some without dragging the whole car forward while holding the rpms steady at the previously stated rpm
LAUNCH! do this by SLOWLY letting out the clutch and SLOWLY easing into the gas and QUICKLY releasing the e-brake.
also try to ease into the throttle a little more between gears instead of just sticking it to the floor and holding it.
the purpose of this is to pre load the suspension for launch to keep from wasting energy on compressing the suspension as well as reducing wheel spin. it takes practice to get it just right but its the best way ive found to do it with a manual and ive experimented ALOT.
