Question 2005 ST Rear seat install in a '01 LX...

I think that it would be pimprish to install the back seat from the new ST in my 01 sedan. The red inserts look cool and I might get headrests out of the deal. I've removed and installed my existing rear seat like 3 or 4 times, so I know how everything should bolt up- but for anybody out there with info on the ST, I'm asking: Is the bolt pattern identical? Will the quick-relase hinges line up? I don't see a problem with this swap working, but I want to get some feedback before I go digging around for an ST rear bench...
