Nitrous Wet Kit/Saleen Focus

I saw in the Saleen Focus that they tapped into the fuel rail for the fuel in their Nitrous kit. They did it AFTER the fuel pressure regulator. Is there any reason or significance to that? Because I was just going to tap into the fuel line instead for my kit because it would be easier and it would show signs of voiding the warranty on my focus.

the fuel rail is simply the easiest place to rob from, and it is something you can undo. The end cap unbolts and you replace it with one that has an AN fitting coming out the end. simply run that to your fuel solenoid and voila you're done. you have regulated fuel no mess no fuss. If you're worried about seeing it, wrap the line in black tape, I had mine like that for months with close scrutiny and nobody questioned it. Tapping into the fuel line is a bad idea for several reasons. first it's a mess, you gotta find fittings that can take 40psi+, you gotta undo it and try to make it seal if you ever wanna take it off.
