Turbo questions

Ok Tom, I've decided against the supercharger, and decided to go turbo. I just have a question. For your SVT turbo kit, do I need to bring my car to you for the install and tune? Just wondering cause I saw on your site you recommended it so you can tune it. And also I saw before you recommended using higher octane fuel, but around here all I can get is 93. Will that be ok?

93 will get you to 8 to 10 psi and in a safe 200/210 range in HP/TQ at the wheels with higher octane added the kit as it comes will make 300+

No you do not have to be here to get your SVT tuned , It now comes with a Predator for tuning and if anything needs to be changed you can give me feed back from the Predator to make the changes and i email you new files

Now with 93, will I have potential to make more power with other mods? Or should I be keeping it at around 200/210 with that octane fuel?

There are some mods that can be done , Like 3 inch Exh , TB cam gear that will help

Also if you want to get your own tuning (Inj , Maf , Pred) i wall drop the cost of the kit to 5150.00 and you can go with the SCT Pro racer and have your tuning in hand

I sell the SCT Pro for 750.00 and it comes with the Raptor scan tool

What should I get for my own tuning? Like, what size injectors? And is it the 70mm MAF? Also I plan on getting your Predator within the next 30 days. And lastly, where could I get a 3inch exhaust? I've got the 2.5 Borla, and I've never seen bigger for the SVT. Would I be able to use my ORP with the turbo, or does that need to be changed?

You need 50lb injectors , It will be tuff to get a 70MM MAF it is looking like Pro-M went out of buisness but not sure

The SCT Pro Racer that i sell for 750.00 will let you tune it yourself

Yes you can use your ORP with my kit

TRUBENZ sells 3 inch for the Focus

Sweet, last question. Does the trubenz sound like crap? Last I saw it came with different tips like Magnaflow, Borla and Flowmaster...unless I'm thinking of a different company. Thanks for all the info.

I just put a 3" Trubenz on mine using the Magnaflow muffler (including tip). Noise level is quite acceptable I think. At cruising speed it is pretty quiet in the car. I had a lot of concern about noise level because I hate the "potato launcher" muffler noise I hear on cars that don't have anything other than that installed and did not want that. I actually is louder at low rpm than it is at higher rpm.
