tune, drop in, 3 inch exh from the headers to the back without a cat ofc.

thats the best you can do na wise without spending too much, nitrous would help aswell but expect to pay atleat $600 + nitrous tune

header wrap and the drop in filter with a intake to bottom grill and a tune.. max power besides a turbo for this car i think tb are alright no big gains on anything tho

I still have the OEM header. I did the cat delete and at the time I didn't have money to get it the exausted done with the OEM header so my friend gave me a deal on the one he made for his focus he didn't like the sound of it , it was to deep of a tone for him.

C-F-M makes a really nice 67mm throttle body, you can also get under drive pulleys to help throttle response. A tune would be one of your best options as you sit now. Just don't get a Xcal4, the firmware does not support the SVT. Stick with a Xcal3 or the Livewire if you have $600 to spend on it.
