Pretty good listing in here:

http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/showthread.php?t=404914

Budget starting with Tune/drop in AF then ORP/HFC etc. IMHO.

Off Road Pipe, it deletes the cat, or you could get a High Flow Cat which would flow better than the factory cat.

Tom's tune with a ORP feels great. I just put a ORP on a month or two ago and it feels a lot better now. Still needs more power cause you know, you can never have too much lol

Sleepy got it for me, In My Humble Opinion (IMHO) that was a good order to get things from Tom's list.

Tune first, the drop in Air Filter is cheap so do that right away. High Flow Cat over Off road pipe when passing emissions is more of an issue. Larger throttle body gives quicker response. Cat back exh. is pricey & less improvement so not in the initial budget you mentioned.

Tried to set an order that makes sense since the tune gives the largest improvement and can be adjusted when $ permit more mods.

Thanks guys I already have a cat delete and 2.5" 4-1 custom header. What throttle body do you sujest? And where I live at they do any kind of test they just don't care. I seen a Honda Civic smoking really bad cop behind them does nothing.

You took the factory header off? You should put it back on, it's the best header for the Focus.

The OEM SVT header is the best out there for a N/A focus.

Talk to Tom on Monday.
