Couple of paint questions (exterior & under the hood)

So I have this ugly thing on my hood now:

It's a crack in the paint, likely from the hood bending and snapping the paints cohesion. I have temporarily covered the center of it with touch up paint to prevent the bare metal from rusting. Are there any easy ways to repair this myself or will I likely have to have someone respray my hood?

My second question is about painting my throttle body. Last year before FocusRising I used some Foamy Engine cleaner to degrease and shine up under the hood. This left some weird discoloration spots on my throttle body. What would it take to paint the TB and should I use a brush, or a rattlecan? Any kind of prep work beside removing hoses and cleaning it?

You'll have to redo your hood. For your tb, if its alloy, you could remove it & have it powder coated, just be careful w/ the inside of it. Or you could spray it w/ a little acid & rinse it off, quickly, this is when its off the car. Or you could buff it up w/ it off the car.
