Readiness in NC

With a OBX header and tune will I pass readiness in NC? Visual is not an "issue" and we do not do the sniffer tests here. Thanks in advance.

If your rear o2 is still in and working and your tuner does not turn off your rear o2 then your should be good to go

Ok thanks you have been a great help. Before I start drilling, are these good spots for the 2nd and 3rd o2 sensors? Thanks again.
