New Turbo Manifold Focus Design

Hey guys just wanted to let you know i have something for the Ford Focus, it can be ac or non ac and made of stainless steel with great merge collectors. We will also offer a Stainless 3" downpipe since it is a must.

We first started making these about 2 years ago for the Honda B-series. From what we have seen these can make as much as 50hp more then log manifolds (on B-series). From the amount of email about this type of manifold from a few people we thought it would do good. The first manifold will be sent out and tested asap but i don’t expect anything but great dyno results from this manifold. We have a life time warranty and have sold many over the years with no problems.

This manifold was fitted with a SC61 680hp turbo and Tial 38mm but the 44mm v-band Tial will also fit and we stock others also.

The upper power steer line will need bent a bit or a new custom one can be made. The Fan on the passengers side will need removed, (remove double fan and replace with FAL or SPAL slim fan with a high CFM rating - Modding your double fan could also be done) A coolant line that T's off the larger one on the block needs zip tied off to the PS line on the passengers side. The dip stick needs moved a bit since its stock location is taken over by the stainless runner. The stock radiator will work and ac can be done. Other lines should be wrapped with a heat tape ect or they can be removed and replaced with slightly longer lines so you can reroute them as needed. Taking the AC system out will result in an ease of install and my life easy since that downpipe is simpler to make.

One person i have been talking to was just going to put in a 92-00 civic radiator so he can have the wastegate come straight out of the collector.

Needless to say this is a hardcore manifold and not for the weak.

I just wanted to let you guys know and answer any questions as needed. Price will be close to 700 and 350 for the downpipe. Email is answered all the time at info@neukin.com and the site will reflect the manifolds release. We are just a few weeks away from taking orders. Since these are all hand made ect and other orders for other cars are taken close to a 3-4 week wait is normal unless we can catch up. Ill have pictures of it welded and a downpipe in about a week.

Sorry just busy getting honda items out

Yes i have a few pictures, the manifold and dp are custom for someone that wanted to use a slim honda radiator (like PWR 92-00 b-ser radiator) Our control panel isnt working right now so i cant host them with our server, send me a email info@neukin.com and ill send you a few of it done and mounted on a engine.

I also sent the pictures to My Gallery, they will be up soon.

just curious, are you looking into a manifold for the SPI engine?

Not yet, the SPI didnt seem to have such a following, the new zetec seems to be a bit better as far as performance. What do you think?
