Codes P0193,P0301, P0316

I've got a 2005 zx3 that has run great, about 163k on it and currently has the above codes coming up.

-Fuel rail pressure sensor circuit high point
-cylinder 1 misfire
-misfire detected 1st 1000 rev

My question is, what is the best solution to fix these three issues? Where do I start?

Thanks in advance for any advise!

Fuel rail pressure sensor & wiring, as that fault could cause the other codes.

First question would be if it's running OK now. If so, reset codes - remove & replace wire connector at the sensor looking for faults there - none found, then drive & see if it shows up again.
