i have just under 60k on it now. its not so much of hearing noises but i just want an overall better ride. for example, i live in michigan, just north of detroit. our roads or HORRIBLE. you hit potholes on purpose just to avoid hitting bigger potholes. so i figured that would wear all my suspension out early and my suspension could be old and tired already so its not working as well.

though in the winter, there is one noise i hear and it bugs me. when i hit a sudden bump, like a speed bump or a bump in the road and the tires have to come up quickly, it sounds like a crunching sound. almost like the passenger side tires are botteming out, but they arnt. it only happens in cold weather. anyone have any idea?

Sounds like what I get sometimes. I think it just might be the bushings creaking. I am going to pull mine and re-grease them soon.

What size tires do you have? Switching to a tire with more sidewall or down from a 17" wheel to a 16" will allow more sidewall with the same width and OD tire. Either way will increase ride comfort without having to dig into the suspension which as mentioned probably wont get any softer/nicer.
