Chrome

Am I the only one who like the chrome on my car? I see everyone trying to remove, or cover it. I'm actually thinking of adding more. As soon as the weather hits 65 I'm going to add chrome trim along the door panels and around the trunk lid to protect the edges from paint chips and break up the black a bit. Maybe I'm just not with the latest trends, but I'm enjoying the chrome.

Never have liked chrome personally. None of my vehicles ever had chrome.

I am as anti-chrome as you can get. The few chrome accents on the interior of my SES drive me nuts...

I have or will be removing all of my chrome. The FOCUS on the back will end up getting color matched or removed entirely, and at that point, the only chrome I will have on both the interior and exterior will be the SE emblem, which I moved to the front grill.

Hate it, hate it, hate it. I debadged the car as soon as I got home with it on day 1. Day 2 was spent painting the chrome grill (which ultimately was replaced with a black one). I haven't bothered with the fake fender vents because the entire car is being painted yellow in May (plastidip).

Dude you have GOT to post pictures when you get done!! I'm gonna plastidip some chrome on mine and probably play with some of the interior as well. When the Fiance gets her car I'll have free reign. >=]

I did my winter wheels in gloss white. It was impossible to keep clean. I'm peeling them this weekend and putting my summer wheels back on

I'd love to see some pictures if/when you have time! I'd imagine so.. Lmao I love the idea of white anything/everything. Buuuut I drive too much for that. I'd have to wash it every day with OCD like mine.

Blacked out chrome and ford logos will be my first plastidip project, once I get proficient.

To get back on topic, I'm not a fan of chrome.. x]

Right after a cleaning too. You can also see the black grille.

Depends on the color, light blues, whites, silvers I like chrome. Personally I hate the chrome grill, but I hate it black too I wish mine was color matched.
