It's a "don't be silly & be the first one" situation.

You just don't take the car to the Dealer and say "it's not running smoothly" when you've got an Intake, Tune & Exhaust on it.

Driveability concerns - work with your Tuner.

Other warranty issues - Throw the Stock airbox back on, reflash to the stock tune, THEN take it in for any warranty service.

Tom's Tune - Safety/driveability/performance. The idea is to avoid any issues.

they have a handheld unit but from what i understand they dont do updates when you get new mods or do datalogging so there would be no reason to go back to them after you bought the tuner anyway and i'm pretty sure the injected tuner does not allow you to flash back to stock. Please correct me if i'm wrong. I'm actually going to be in the market for a tunner soon too.

I just went with the Injected Tuner. I'm super happy with it. It will flash back to stock in addition to 3 octane tunes and DCT tune. It doesn't change the strategy codes. Don't buy into or believe all the put downs made by the other tuner on this forum about this unit. It's great.

are the octane tunes and the DCT all one tune? Or do you apply seperate tunes?
