cleaning the dash

So its finally getting warm enough out to start cleaning the inside of my car. What are the best products to use on this? There are spots with dirt and grime caked on, its rather disgusting. Is it OK to use a magic eraser or will that damage the dash? The carpit is trashed so I'm going to look at getting that replaced, thinking of using rino liner because I do a lot if camping and it would just get trashed again.

Warm soapy water and micro fiber cloth on the dash. There isn't much it won't clean. And it won't leave that shinny film behind that blinds you from glare.

Rhino Liner,

Works great.
Just prep well. Clean the floor, wipe with Alcohol to remove dirt and such.
WARE GLOVES.
If you get any on your skin, it's going to be there for a month or better.

I have a dash mat (believe its either the velour or suede), its awesome for protecting your dash and eliminates the glare...highly recommend. Here's a couple pics of mine:

I use "TuffStuff MultiPurpose Foam Cleaner." Does a pretty good job. Tried the Meguiar's but didn't like the finish it left.
