It is a spoiler for a car, and since it wasn't wide enough for the truck, he put down a plywood lid on the bed to mount it to, and a block of wood to support the 3rd brake light.

I forgot to point out that his body kit is screwed on... from the outside ... with black screws. You can see the ones in the bumper area in the pics.

Because truck owners carry a sheet of plywood and box of screws in the back just in case.

I'm thinking (hoping) he is from Quebec and moved to the Ontario side. I can only base this on the extensive hood and grill neon glow he has going on at night. Its not always the Northern Lights you see at night, sometimes its just this truck pulling in the parking lot.

There used to be a blue one of those at the local dealership it's a factory built truck I dunno what happened to that one.
