I was wondering the same thing. It looks like a shiny, "chrome" decal, but at the same time, it almost looks like it could be something extending out from the body, kind of like certain sun shades do.

nah, maybe it's a pic through a window so you get the reflection and the car. I dunno double exposure is the term that comes to mind.
