Cuz I'm totally about to do it. Begrudgingly.
As i recall that kit doesn't actually include the struts and shocks pictured. It only includes the bars and springs with bump stops and bushings. You would just be getting the same springs you already tried and some roll bars

Check the second page GTS - at this point from the info he's got (doesn't fit right at the top, top bushes for '14 are a different part #) it looks like changing to '13 top hdwe. is the answer to make the front springs fit.

He got Eibach info that they're working on '14 fitment in the future, Mazda fitment they're working on now has the same issue. Those may be the answer, or they may make '14 fitment springs - no info. yet.

So right now the best guess is that no '12-'13 springs will fit without '13 hdwe., and that still has to be tried to confirm.

That image is so misleading, glad I didn't buy it. Gonna keep my springs and buy Koni shocks/struts so it'll be a while till the next update. Not sure, but will the struts just bolt right in or was the mount the problem? Should have the rest of the equipment by the middle of next month.

You were the one who said the tops didn't fit right... That'll still be a problem.

The struts will bolt in; you will just need to use your '14 top hat

I hate to be that guy who brings his stuff to a garage only to find out it doesn't fit once they pull it apart.
So not to change the subject here to much but is it confirmed that these will not fit the 2014 HB too or is it just the 2014 sedan that is having these issues?

I wouldn't take my word for it; I just assumed. The threads that I have personally seen only mentioned "mk3" but if I look at the dates of the threads they could only be earlier models. I actually can't find any confirmed 2014 posts. Assuming is what got me into this mess. I assumed that all mk3's were the same when they clearly are not, at least when it comes to suspension.

Yeah man, it sucks. I was really looking forward to this too since our cars look so much better lowered. I decided instead of trying to ghetto rig something to get these springs to work I'm just going to save for some coilovers like I wanted. In the mean time, that gives me enough time to do some research and get the right hardware. My goal was to just use the springs as a stopgap until I got coils but now that I have to go in on shocks too I don't really want to do it. Can't use stock shocks because the springs will blow them so I need aftermarket shocks which aren't exactly cheap for something I plan on replacing.

At least others will now know that '13 suspension isn't compatible with the stock '14 suspension and won't waste their time/money as I have.
