Kickdown please help

I have a 2002 ford focus SPI engine Auto trans. I removed the cylinder head for replacement. While I was waiting for the new head to come in somebody stole the kickdown cable and assembly and the wiring for same. I got a new cable and box. I do not see where the wiring goes from the box. I can't find anything in the manual that I have. Any help or pictures would be greatly appreciated.

There is no 'kickdown' cable or linkage at all on these, the kickdown signal comes from the TPS sensor........................have no idea what parts you are talking about.

Only "Cable & Box" I can think of would be cruise control....
