Aftermarket shift knob options

So I'm in the market for a shift knob. I'm indecisive as all hell, though. I would like a weighted shift knob, but none of the resin ones I have found weigh as much as the stock knob. I have read 6oz for the stock knob, but every resin ball style knob I have found tops out at 4oz. Does anyone know of a company that makes weighted resin knobs?

I have also been looking at Blox knobs, specifically the gun metal/platinum 490LE series, but I wish they had a shift pattern on them, and wish they didn't have their logo right on the top of the knob

I have been looking at one of these as sort of a stop gap until I decide what I truly want in a shift knob. Have also been browsing http://www.twistedshifterz.com, and they've got pretty good custom mix and match options. I'm rather partial to the splash blue/black knob with a 5speed pattern on top, but that comes out only $10 shy of a Blox 490LE on eBay...

One more question, semi-related, which pertains to the handbrake lever boot. I don't even have one. I have the side by side cup holder console that comes with the winter weather package(because of the heated seats no doubt). I was wondering if anyone knew of an aftermarket option that might add a boot to it, as I don't like the fact that it's open to the console with just a couple of stiff rubber flaps to prevent any crap falling through there.

Been there, read that, some nice knobs, but not many mentions of weight. Specifically references to weighted resin knobs.

So I ended up going with this shift knob. Should be here Tuesday, and I'll get some actual pics and a little review for anyone who wants info on Sickspeed shift knobs. The price is certainly right, so if they're of at least decent quality they could be an option for anyone looking for a ball style shift knob, especially those on a budget.

I'm looking at getting a custom knob, but do you know what the threads are on the stock knob?
