rpm's to shift at? svt

hey guys im runnin the 1/4 tomorrow and i read all i can on launching this thing but what rpm u guys shifting at..i kno alot of power is lost if u take it up to redline..i figured around 6ish maybe idunno hellp me out thanks?!

6200 in first and second and 3rd on 7000...funny how its the other way around for the zetec heh..kinda..well..not really..but you know what im talkin bout..(poor little zetec blow up at 7)

if you are not already doing so, disable your TC ... the tuners are all able to fully disable the TC but in case you don't have a tune, pull fuse #46 when you drag race ... it will disable TC and ABS, neither of which you need on the drag strip.

if you pull your abs fuse, doesnt it mess with your brake preportioning too? and when you put the fuse back in, does everything go back to normal?

ummm my rev limiter is set at 7200 and i haven't blown my engine. I also have a chip but my engine hasn't gone boom. And the SVT Engine is a Zetec as well, just with some different internals.
