Only certain ones, I wanna say Rotas will fit but I'm not 100% sure on that. Either way only a handful of 15" wheels will fit over the SVT brakes.

Std. front brakes from the newer models.

Used to be sold with the SVT rears as the "Rally Kit" to allow 15" wheels.

Larger than the '00-'04 front brakes.

You could always down grade to the rally brake kit, which is just the brakes used on the 05-07 ST's. It has a smaller rotor and stuff to clear 15" wheels.

I'm not 100% sure on what exactly needs to swap over. I'm not sure if the caliper is the same but the knuckle might be slightly different to bring the caliper in closer to the smaller rotor, or it could be the caliper mounting bracket that is different? Makes more sense to me that they would change the caliper mounting bracket. I do know the ball joint should be the same on the 05 ST but on the 06-07 they added a larger ball joint and if you use the knuckle from that model year you will need to switch to those control arms or swap out the ball joints to the larger size.

Yes 15's will fit over the rears, it was the fronts that were the problem.
