My wife got hers out of the shop today and it's as bad or worse than when she took it in. It's been this way for ever and they say it's normal, get use to it...blah,blah. GM is taking it on the chin with the ignition problems, so Ford needs to take heed.

I took it to a different dealership and they say its normal for it to hesitate and stutter. I've called corporate headquarters and they're saying its normal. I'm getting frustrated with this BS of an excuse. It shouldn't be acting like this since its less than a year old. Its ridiculous, they keep telling me that if they put it in the shop they won't give me a loaner. I have to get a rental from enterprise. Those things are rolling wreaks.

I regret getting this raggedy POS.

I took it to the dealership with my dad (he's also on the title as my cosigner) and they took it in for repair. I told them I don't care how long it takes to fix, it better not have problems when I get it back.

It quit pulling in the middle of an intersection with traffic whizzing by at 55 MPH. I'm really getting fustrated with it. They supposedly "fixed" it. It seems like it worse now that what it was. The worst part is its got less than 13,000 miles on it.

I contacted my dealer today to let them know I was bringing it back in for the same issues to be sure they could fit me in.

It's gotten worse since Monday, I left for work this morning it wouldn't shift out of first gear and I wasn't even on an incline. I stopped put it back in park and shut it off then started it again all was fine. Then I was getting ready to make a left turn I got a green turn arrow and it would just barely move under its own power until after I was done turning. I tried to avoid having to stop the rest of the way and hills just to make it to work.

I'm starting to get annoyed with this car. It's less than a year old with only 12,800 Miles on it. My dad has no problems with his 2008 Ranger nor does my mom with her 2012 Focus.
if you read al the other posts here, you are not alone.

I wish you all the best but from what I read most often, they fix it and it doesn't stay fixed.

If they "fix" it and it starts its issues again I'm going to find a lemon law lawyer.

Todd, I'll get you the info when my wife get's home. The customer service rep that called her yesterday pretty much told her to go pound sand, Do Not take it back to the dealer as they will do nothing other than reset the computer and that starts the adaptive learning all over again. When asked about the low speed shutter and it being dangerous to pull out into traffic, the woman told her and this is a QUOTE "drive it like you stole it." The only thing offered was an X-plan which is nothing because she will be upside down if she trades. I've been a loyal Ford owner since 1974 but, this may be my last one if nothing is done.
