No reason to be rude, different people like different cars. I personaly hate the Ford lighting i think it's underpowered for being a supercharged v8 and everyone i see is mexied out. Just because you perfer one car doesnt mean you have to rag on people who like a different one. This forum is for people who love Focus's so of course you are going to have many people who are crazy about them. If you think they are so girly then dont hang out on this forum and stick to the Mustang ones.

I wouldn't say I'm a "car nut." I'm extremely knowledgeable and love cars, but they're in no way, shape, or form, a motorcycle.

I'm 73; sorry to mess with your preconceived idea about what creates a car nut. All it requires is an appreciation of a special car and cars in general. The car that made me a car nut was a 1968 Fiat 124 sport coupe; hardly a Cobra Mustang. I came to my Mk3 already a car nut but I will say it has all the attributes necessary to create a car nut.

Exactly, All that matters is how that person feels about THIER own car We all here know that the focus isn't the best car ever made, It has weaknesses and draw backs but we love it none the less and the same can be said of any car that anyone likes.

a car is a car, if you appreciate them, dont go knocking on someone elses car.

enthusiasts as a collective group should appreciate one another.

ABSOLUTELY! I have been a closet "Car Nut" for most of my life. But as soon as I bought my car I already had plans!
