Arrow Escape 23 i/m or not?

Hey everone, I'm going to replace my pcv hose & install Massive's egr delete plate, so I'll have the i/m off. I've been running w/ the imrc,(tumble flaps) tie wrapped open & the actvator linkage removed so the cel is off & passed the emmissions test no problem, even thou its due in July. Whats your thoughts on getting & installing the escape 23 i/m, which doesn't use the imrc, but still has the imtv? Should I breakout $200. for the i/m or not? Would I see anything or not?

surprised you cant get a good I/M for less than $200, wish someone would donate one to you so you could do some experimenting with it.

Found some in your state for about $80. Btw how does the Escape manifold compare to the Cosi-knockoff? For $200 I have seen some of the knockoffs priced that at the F/S section.

100% says to get the escape i/m! ...but I guess im the only one that has voted so far. Haha. When I had my intake manifold off, it looked like the tumble flaps blocked a lot of the air path, even when opened. My guess would be the escape I/m would help the upper rpm range a bit. Anyone have a dyno sheet for an escape??
ill check my local junkyards to see if I can find an I/m.

I guess I could. I just didn't want to deal w/ cleaning it up & the hassells of fitment & modifying aftermarket parts. I have a few other things on my plate.

escape would be a good option to ditch the tumble flaps. you could always do the cossie knockoff as said, but then you get into needing a retune.

I would go for the escape mani just for simplicity's sake. You should be able to snag one for less than 200, call around to local yards.

It would be fun to see how those stage 1 cams like the cossie knockoff though...

Ok so I'm lost here lol. Someone educate me and help me out. I have a 2010 for reference. Are you saying that I can go find an escape in the junkyard, yank its intake manifold and reap benefits from this? If that is so thats cool and I'm gonna go yank one asap.
