Door Panel Wont Go Back On

I was going to install all of my speakers today, but I woke up late and I ran into some problems so I've only got one in. I tried putting the door panel back on and it won't go back on. I don't know if it is from the speaker sticking too far out, or what. I don't see how it would cause the problem. All of the clips at the bottom go back in and the lower part of each side go back on. The upper part of each side don't go back in. They are lined up, but just won't stay in.

I thought the speaker was the problem, so I tried cutting a piece of the door panel off to get some more clearance, but it didn't do anything. l really have no idea what to do next, I can't see in the door where I think the problem is, either.

The speakers are Pioneer TS-A874M 6"x8"
