Ok I get what your saying. Well this is what I'm gonna do, finish exhaust set up and other bolt ons then get new pistons, rods, crankshafts, FR head and whatever else.

Why would you get pistons and rods? Not to mention a new crankshaft, for what?

Do you have any idea of the cost of

A. the parts you mentioned

B. buying a built block or assembling one

C. You still have not given any reason to build stronger internals

I know turbo folks running 200+ whp for over 40k miles on stock engine, your reason to buy all of that stuff is moot.

Honestly there have been hundreds of people on here talking about getting built motors and such, none have yet.

very good point made by focaltech here.

im gonna shit myself for min and fess up, i've sat and dreamd about building this building that for the focus. even had a turbo set up going. all comes down to the realty of it all. doo what you can with the cash you got. take everything one step at a time. but like you need to learn how ot take your first step, this is all a learning process to get where you want.

Yes I know how much the parts cost!! Second, I'm not sure If I'll buy a built block. Third, I don't need to give reasons. I must say though, it's really nice when you get people like you or euro coming in and bitching about how I should do shit. This isn't a friggin school project where it must be completed in a certain amount of time anyways so I have all the time I want and I don't need people telling me what I should and shouldn't do. That's what is stupid about this site sometimes, people say they want something and people will bich them out. Get a life and let people do what they want, if you don't like it then just shut up!
