Well, since it was built after 8/27/13 your car 'should' have the stiffer mount. However, this is all really up to you.

Some people still run the older mounts and are fine with it while others consistently had a shift-bang with hard acceleration. Some others, even with the upgraded mount, still feel that it is too soft and have an audible thud on hard shifts.

If you don't really have any problems with it, then you should be ok.

Otherwise, there are several aftermarket mounts that are available, all are stiffer which would contribute to NVH at varying degrees. I had considered replacing mine with the Boomba RMM (similar to the CPE one, but much cheaper in price - not quality though).

No prob! As for the Ford Racing tune, it just came out, and I don't believe many people have had it installed yet to know how good it is compared to the other aftermarket tunes.

FRPP tune is only worth it if you want retain warranty. You must have a Ford dealer install it and you only retain the balance of a 3yr/36k mile.

I don't work on my car. I let mechanics do it.

Modifications can only void a warranty IF something goes wrong and the dealership/Ford can prove that a modification caused the issue.
This is not true, any aftermarket part or modification of any part can or will void the engine(entire drivetrain possible) warranty.

Some of that would be very safe to have like a filter and exhaust, so I'd go with those. With a tune though, they could probably cause some headaches for you should you try to get something repaired under warranty
Usually drop in filters and cat back exhaust are warranty safe unless the dealer is being dicks.
