Question Screamin Demon, Stock Plugs?

I am looking into getting a screamin demon coil pack and live wires for my 04' SVTF. Do you use the stock plugs or what do you upgrade to?

I had trouble with the stock plugs glazing so I changed them to MotorCraft AZFS22CF4's and have been trouble free since. The 22c's are a copper plug instead of platinum, I believe they do better than the stock ones by far. On the upside the 22C's are around $15 a set from your local Ford dealer (they may have to order them) VS the $17 per plug for stock

These were recommended HIGHLY by Tom

Are their any that are better than those? I figure might as well pay what is needed now rather than having to buy a different one later because those weren't the best or did not perform correctly. And is that $15 for 2 or 4? If I end up going with these, I can get a discount from the dealership because I work there! Isn't platinum the best?

Thats $15 for 4, and copper is alot better than platnium for making spark. The only real difference is you'll end up replacing the copper one's a little bit sooner than the plats.

I hear Bosch is probably one of the best plugs you can get. Are the Bosch Platinum 4's any good on a Foci? I just want to get the best spark I can get for my Foci, for the best power/drivibility increase.

Ive heard Bosch plugs work great in European cars and work horrible in domestic cars. I have heard alot of misfire, hesitation problems from these plugs on domestic and japanese cars ( nothing specific w/ the SVTF). I would stick with the motorcraft plugs and make sure you gap them properly, or I would contact some of expert tuners for the Foci and see what they might recommend.

I'm running my sceamon demon coil on the stock plugs right now and I'm not having any problems.
03OrangeSVT, did you open the plug gaps after you installed the coil?

Seeing that we have somewhat of the same mod's, did you notice any improvement from the Screamin' Demon coil pack and wires?
