I have Koni yellows and tein S tech springs with eibach RSB and it is perfectly tolerable on the street.

But I'm also upgrading to the H&R race springs this year to race better...you going to be autocross? Maybe we'll race eachother sometime! But I think you'd be in a different class with the ORP (kinda screwed yourself there)

No autox for me. Going to be doing trackdays when I can but with all the mods Ill be way out classed. This car is for "fun", maybe when I start making good money Ill make a "real" racecar.

So ever since I bought the car it has had a slight clunk when going from forward to reverse or vise versa. Mostly happens when starting to reverse. I always just chalked it up to being a worn strut mount since the car has 104k on it. Well yesterday that clunk sounded like the bell housing snapped in half, or any other combination of catastrophic failure. Got under the car and nothing, pulled on the wheels and nothing, check the poly dog bone mount and nothing. So I think i need to get on motor mounts sooner rather than later. Sound right?

Some manuals are like this. If you have a hard time getting it into reverse when cold try throwing it in another gear first then go to reverse.

Had that happen on my moms CRV, I found that it was the brakes shifting a tiny bit and thats what was making the "clunk" noise. Would happen when using the brakes going from forward to reverse or vise versa.

Well, I guess im not lowering the car any...

Steering response is much improved with these new additions. Cant say she grips better with the winter rubber still on, but she reacts noticeably faster.
